Hi, I’m Katrina, the travel advisor behind Bahama Mama Travel Co. I’m a Kentucky-based mom of two, a lifelong planner, and someone who genuinely enjoys digging into the details to match each client with a trip that feels just right.
Before launching Bahama Mama Travel Co., I spent more than a decade in the financial services industry, ultimately working as a vice president and go-to data expert. With an undergraduate degree in actuarial science and an MBA in finance, I learned how to compare complex information, identify the details that matter, and make overwhelming decisions feel much more manageable. For the past five years, though, my full-time title has been Mama, a role that requires its own kind of planning, flexibility, and problem-solving. Today, I bring all of that experience to travel planning, along with a lot more sunshine!
My connection to Atlantis is also deeply personal. My husband and I first visited nearly a decade ago for our slightly delayed honeymoon. Now we regularly return with our two girls, and it has become their favorite vacation destination. Watching a place that was once part of our honeymoon become one of our most treasured family traditions has brought the experience beautifully full circle.

Based on the details you share, I’ll put together a quote with options that fit your travel style and budget, including flights if needed. Review everything at your own pace, then let me know what you’d like to book or adjust.
For straightforward trips, I can typically share an initial quote within two business days of receiving your trip details. For more involved itineraries, such as multi-city trips, we’ll start with a call to talk through your plans.
3. Get ready to go.
Once you’ve found the right fit, I’ll help get everything booked and bring the details together. You’ll have someone to turn to when questions come up, so you can spend less time stressing over the details and more time looking forward to your trip.
